Just as water moves naturally at a different pace every day,
in PINK HOUR (pH) are invited to embrace movement as bodies of water, according to our unique energy waves.
My name is Noelia Cruz, I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Artist and water relative living with chronic pain. I've created this platform with the intention to offer sessions that can adjust to how our bodies feel each day. It is my profound wish to share moments and movements that ease my chronic pain and ways that soothe fatigue days.
PINK HOUR is inspired in the Coastal Great Lakes, its tributaries and the pace and peace of its pink skies. The practice navigates chronic pain, fatigue and movement with the following references:
• A choice from one of the 5 Great Lakes to navigate
• A position of practice
• The energy wave
As a navigation chart, based on the conditions of the day you may decide which water feels best.
PINK HOUR waters are organized the following way:
ONIATARÍ:IO | REST | STILL WATER
ERIE | LAYING | RIPPLES OF ENERGY
MICHIGAMI | SEATED | SWELL OF ENERGY
KAREGNONDI | STANDING | SURFING ENERGY
GICHIGAMI | FULL BODY | ENERGY SURGE
